Malcontent Editions is a diy translation and micro-publishing project which began in its current form in the spring of 2016.
Its focus is on providing mostly spanish-english translations of materials that reflect on the struggles, both historical and contemporary, both theoretical and practical, of our class, the proletariat, against our historical enemy, the bourgeoisie, who dispossess us of our means of survival in order to subject our lives to the satisfaction their petty and irrational interests.
These struggles are a part of, and must necessarily recognize and constitute themselves as, one unified struggle of this globally exploited and oppressed class, which can only emancipate itself from its miserable condition by making a complete and radical rupture with the conditions which created it; with Capital, its logic, its mechanisms and its State in all of the variety of forms that these may take.
Only so, in reaffirming life and our common humanity against all that which seeks to place itself above it, can we retake the world and truly live in it, as a community of humans in harmony with our environment, our fellow beings, and ourselves.
This project is no more than a humble effort to contribute towards that aim.

Malcontent Editions es un provecto hazlo-tú-mismo de traducción y microedición que empezó en la primavera del año 2016.
Su enfoque es el de proporcionar, en su mayor parte, traducciones castellano-inglés de materiales que reflejan las luchas, tanto históricas como contemporáneas, tanto teóricos como prácticos, de nuestra clase, el proletariado, en contra de nuestro enemigo histórico, la burguesía, quien nos despoja de nuestros medios de subsistencia para así someternos a satisfacer sus intereses miserables e irracionales.
Estas luchas son parte de, y deben necesariamente reconocerse y constituirse como una misma lucha de esta clase explotada y oprimida globalmente, que solamente puede emanciparse de sus condiciones de miseria a través de una ruptura completa y radical con las condiciones que la ha creado; con el Capital, su lógica, sus mecanismos y su Estado en todas las variedades de formas que estos pueden tomar.
Únicamente así, al reafirmar la vida y nuestra humanidad común, en contra de todo lo que busca situarse por encima de ella, podemos retomar el mundo y realmente vivir sobre él, como una comunidad humana en armonía con nuestro entorno, con nuestros prójimos y con nosotros mismos.
Este proyecto no es más que un esfuerzo humilde para contribuir a este objetivo.
